Removal of the existing warehouse high level gas fired heating units, complete with all controls/power supply, flues, condensate pipework gas pipework. Replacing composite panels as measured in the building schedule of works. Removal of all destratification fans and all associated ancillary mechanical from the warehouse and making good. Remove redundant high-level cable tray & dispose of off-site. Decommission & remove Hamworthy Purewell Boiler including flue, remove all heating plant ancillaries from plant room, strip back, make safe and remove all pipework and bracketry from plant room. Remove 19 wet radiators from internal rooms, together with circulation pipework below & above the ceiling, back to the plant room location. Removal of all gas pipework within the warehouse and plantroom, back to the nearest main isolation, removing all pipework at high level. Installation & commissioning of 14 FCU units and VRF condensing units.
